Our Founder
Adefemi 'Femi' Balogun is a seasoned lawyer and business executive whose career spans law, operations, people management, and corporate strategy across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States.He earned his LL.B from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014 after completing the Nigerian Law School in Kano. He later pursued advanced studies at Coventry University, UK, graduating with Distinction in his MBA program with a specialization in Oil and Gas Management. His professional credentials include a Level 7 Postgraduate Certification from the Chartered Management Institute (UK), FCHIRM and CHRP certifications from CIHRM, and completion of the PHEAA Leadership Academy.Femi’s expertise covers legal practice, operations management, human resources, client relations, loan origination and servicing, and business strategy. His diverse experience reflects a strong ability to lead teams, manage people effectively, and navigate complex business environments to deliver sustainable growth.Passionate about lifelong learning, Femi believes that knowledge gained outside formal structures is just as vital to societal progress as traditional education. He intends to use his wide array of knowledge and work experience to educate, enlighten, and inspire others.
